Chapter 278 Since When Did You Become This Easy to Impress, Huh?

When Lucifer, Eva, and Layla reached the yacht's upper deck, they were greeted with the sight of Madison dancing and twirling her body in tune to some loud music coming out of the speakers while enjoying the warm rays of the sun.

The trio approached Madison and saw that she looked like she was in her own little world and didn't even notice their arrival until they were right next to her.

"Oh my god! You guys scared me! How long were you there for?" She asked while holding a hand against her chest as she took several deep breaths to calm herself.

Lucifer laughed at the surprised reaction from Madison, "Haha, not too long, and we didn't want to disturb your dance either, but you looked so sexy doing it, I couldn't resist coming closer to check you out."

Madison couldn't believe what she had done, forgetting her surroundings and acting so carefree without paying attention to those around her.

She was tired from waiting for everyone and wanted to relax, and since she had been bored and no one was there yet, she decided to dance, thinking she could have fun alone for a bit, and ended up lost in her own little world, dancing for a good 20 minutes or so. When Lucifer, Eva, and Layla appeared, she wasn't aware of them watching her from behind until she heard Lucifer calling her name and felt a light touch on her shoulder, startling her in return.

Upon hearing her friend's question, Madison turned around and looked at her, showing disbelief that she was asking something so obvious. "Seriously? Do you even need to ask? I'm talking about Lucifer! You are his cousin, aren't you? Then why aren't you even aware of that?"

Madison couldn't understand how Eva didn't know this. She thought it was common knowledge, considering their familial ties. But the look of surprise and confusion on Eva's face told otherwise, making Madison wonder if Eva even used her phone to surf the internet. After all, if she were, she'd have found out about Lucifer's status as an actor, considering how many of his fans post about him on social media and forums.

Eva shook her head in confusion at what Madison had just said, unable to grasp the idea of her cousin being famous. To clarify the situation, she turned toward Layla, hoping she could shed light on this, "Layla, please explain to me what's going on here. Why is Maddie talking about Lucifer like he's some celebrity?"

Before Layla could answer, Madison cut her off, explaining in a way that made Lucifer seem even more impressive than before. "Well, he is a celebrity. Not just a celebrity, but THE actor who became popular with only one scene in the web series. He played his role so well that even the male lead was left in the background, overshadowed by the popularity he received, and not to mention his hot scene with Vanessa Cruz, who played the main heroine."

Madison then took her smartphone from the table, unlocked it, and showed the screen to Eva. The screen displayed a photo of Lucifer and Vanessa embracing in an intimate position. They were both wearing minimal clothing and were engaged in a passionate kiss.

"You see this guy? This is Lucifer! It was taken from his most recent scene with Vanessa, his girlfriend. I can't believe you don't know about this. He is super famous, you know?" Madison stated proudly, as if showing proof to a nonbeliever that her idol was real. "I've watched the whole thing on repeat. It's so amazing that I could never get bored watching him."

Eva was stunned beyond words at seeing Lucifer kissing a top actress like Vanessa in a very provocative position. Not to mention, Madison claimed he was dating her! It felt surreal, almost unbelievable.
