Chapter 272 How Do You Think I Look Today?

On the upper deck, Madison was enjoying the cool breeze blowing against her skin as she leaned against the railing. Her eyes scanned around the vast ocean surrounding them, mesmerized by the beauty of nature in all its glory.

She was wearing a red bikini top and black bottoms, showing off her hourglass body. She had just finished applying sunblock on her skin, and now she was waiting for others to come out of their rooms so they could start relaxing and have fun together while enjoying their voyage on the yacht.

Suddenly she noticed Ethan approaching from behind. He was walking toward her with his head lowered as usual whenever he was nervous about something, which happened quite often since he didn't like being around people and preferred staying alone instead. However, this time he seemed more anxious than ever before, making Madison curious about what might be bothering him.

"Hey, Ethan!" She called out cheerfully, hoping to get his attention. "What's wrong? You look troubled about something."

Ethan jumped a little upon hearing her voice calling out towards him. He had been thinking deeply about confessing his feelings for Madison, wondering if today would be the right time to express them or not, or if he should wait until they reached their destination first before doing so.

But now that Madison was standing right in front of him, wearing only a skimpy bikini, he found it hard to concentrate anymore. Instead of saying anything back, he just kept staring at her beautiful figure from head to toe without realizing it himself.

Ethan gulped hard seeing Madison putting herself on display for him like that. She was standing right in front of him in nothing but a skimpy bikini, looking at him with a seductive smile and an enticing expression as if inviting him to do more than just compliment her looks.

He knew she was teasing him, but he couldn't ignore the fact that she looked incredible in that outfit, which made his heart pound faster with every passing moment.

"Gosh... How can I say that you look hot and sexy right now?! And this bold personality of yours is making things worse! Your body, your words... All of that is the reason I fell in love with you, and now I'm going crazy about it! But how am I supposed to say all of those things out loud?! I don't know! I've never done something like this before! And... I don't even know if she feels the same way as I do or if she'd reject me outright after hearing my feelings. Ugh... Damn, this is so hard!"

Ethan blurted out his innermost thoughts in response to her request without realizing it. And then, when he came back to his senses, he saw how Madison was looking at him with wide eyes and an open mouth. It took him another moment to realize what he'd just said to her.

"Oh crap..." He muttered under his breath before clenching his fists and looking down at his feet, feeling utterly defeated.

He had just confessed his love for Madison without intending to do so. But it was too late now. His secret had been revealed, leaving no room for excuses anymore. Now she knew everything, whether he liked it or not. The worst thing was that he did it in the stupidest manner possible, blabbering out loud like an idiot instead of expressing his feelings properly.
