A second later, he shook his head and added, "Based on Ruihan's personality, he wouldn't care about a stranger. Is he planning something big?"

Noticing Mu Xichen's growing curiosity as he began to talk to himself, Hua Shengyang patted his shoulder and said, "If you are so curious, why not ask Ruihan directly? It'd be faster than all this guessing."

Mu Xichen considered the suggestion before refusing his suggestion. "No. If Ruihan hasn't told us by now, it means he doesn't want to. I will investigate this myself."

Seeing Mu Xichen's determination, Hua Shengyang advised, "Just make sure you are discreet. If Ruihan finds out, you know he won't hesitate to beat you up."

With the gifts ready, Long Yu said, "Let's go. It's better to find out who's watching us as soon as possible."

A second later, Hua Shengyang's voice came through the line. "Have you found what you wanted to know?"

There was a brief silence on the other end before Hua Shengyang asked, "Why is she there?"

"The servant said she came to visit Uncle Xu. But who knows if that is her real purpose in coming here or not," Mu Xichen replied, his cold voice tinged with a hint of interest and
