Chapter 355 Shooting the Sun

Inside the village chief’s house,

Gladian descended through the secret stairs leading to the dark underground area. After taking a few left and right turns in a maze-like structure, he stopped in front of a square-shaped room with a small figure bound in chains inside.

Gladian asked with a cold expression on his face, looking at the kneeling Gladious and his injured thighs while his hands are cuffed with iron chains and bound with the wall locks above.

Gladious raised his head fearfully, looking at the Gladian in front of him with a swollen and injured face; one of his eyes is red with a black and blue area around it.

"Gladian, please tell Father to release me; I won’t dare to cause trouble anymore." Gladious hurriedly suppressed his fear and spoke with a pleading expression on his face.

Gladian’s brow furrowed, and then he shook his head and replied, "I can’t release you without father’s orders; also, father has decided to cast you away from the village."

Gladious’s eyes widened, looking at Gladian in horror; his body started trembling, and he spoke, "Why? Why did Father do that? I don’t want to die outside; there are monsters and demons outside."

Gladian shook his head in disappointment looking at his little brother miserable condition, as a giant he didn’t feel any sympathy for his future opponent in his heart,

He turned around and walked away, returning to the house above amidst the loud cries of his little brother.

Just as he ascended the secret stairs, Gladian saw his father standing in front of him.

"Is he alive?" Gladel asked, looking at him expressionlessly,

Gladian nodded and replied calmly, "I won’t kill him without your orders."

Gladel nodded and then fell silent with a thoughtful look on his face, while Gladian became curious in his heart seeing such an expression on his father’s face.

Gladel then glanced at his eldest son and spoke, "Follow me," then he turned around and walked toward the main room.

Gladian followed obediently; Gladel walked inside the room and opened an old chest in the corner.

After opening it, he grabbed out a large x-bow-shaped weapon from the box amidst the surprised expression on Gladian’s face.

"Father, what is this?" Gladian walked forward and asked, looking at the weapon in his father’s hand curiously,

Gladel raised the weapon in front of him, revealing the mechanism inside, then inserted his hand in the inner section.

"This weapon is called the sun shooter, the reason behind my village chief identity," The village chief spoke with a proud expression on his face, looking at Gladian, then he walked outside the room.

Gladian also followed curiously, after walking outside the home entrance,

The village chief looked around and then pointed at a hard, round stone on the ground a little away from him. "Bring me that stone,"

Gladian nodded and then walked forward, picked up the stone, and then passed it to his father.

Gladel then inserted the stone into the upper back section of the weapon and then pushed the small handle beside it.

A few months later,

Inside the Petra house,

Lin Lee is standing in his room with a strange posture while the sweat is flowing down from his whole body, passing through the joints, and falling on the ground around.

Father Sun spoke looking at him calmly and then waved at him and walked outside the house,

Lin Lee nodded, and following him, appeared outside the house, "Pick up that axe and throw it toward that tree trunk."

Father Sun pointed at the large axe embedded in the wooden log and then pointed at the large tree ten meters away; its trunk is wide and can be hugged by three giant combined hand-to-hand.

Lin Lee nodded and then walked forward, grabbed the axe handle, and wanted to pull it out with one arm but failed.

’This huge axe is really heavy,’

Lin Lee thought to himself, looking at the axe almost equal to his height, then he grabbed it in both hands and successfully pulled it out; his father nodded, looking at him.

He thought and then grabbed the axe tightly and started rotating around; after the second turn, he released one hand and threw the axe with his other hand after redirecting it toward the tree trunk far away.

Instantly after flying through the air like a parabola, it pierced through the tree trunk and hung with it.

"What!" Instantly all the females behind him exclaimed in shock.
