Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 2554 - 22: Miracle!

Chapter 2554 - 22: Miracle!

It didn’t take long before, in the interstellar void outside, a streak of swift radiance arrived.Within that streak of radiance, there was a shadow resembling a young Earth man, seemingly matching the one opposite; both sides were using bodies in the Avatar form of Earth people.

"Heh, you’re here?"

The beauty gave a faint smile.

The young male figure opposite clearly also knew this beauty was here, so his speed rose again as he dove into Subspace, then flickered once, and appeared directly in front of the woman.

The two sides were less than twenty meters apart. At this distance, not to mention to a Galacixc Level Powerhouse, even to a Sky-level Strong, it might as well be no distance at all—extremely close.

But neither side launched an attack.

The young man was naturally the Avatar with Jia Yan’s appearance.

"Greetings, Your Excellency. We meet again."

A male voice came from Jia Yan’s mouth, spreading through the Starry Sky along with his Brainwave Power.

The other silently looked over Jia Yan’s Avatar. This Avatar only had the Power of a Semi-permanent Star Level, but under Jia Yan’s control it felt very solid, without the slightest sign of instability. That showed Jia Yan could use this Avatar to unleash many powerful attack methods. She had also obtained intel beforehand: one of Jia Yan’s Avatars had been able to kill a Galaxy Level, even if the Avatar itself ended up in mutual destruction with the enemy—that alone was enough to prove the strength of Jia Yan’s Avatars.

"Jia Yan, greetings. It’s been, what, fifty or sixty years? I didn’t expect you to surprise me a little—your strength has progressed very quickly."

After a casual glance at Jia Yan’s Avatar, she still showed no hint of dread.

Because when one’s own strength is terrifying to a certain degree, then some small tricks—or so-called Assassin trump cards—are no longer worth caring about.

Just like an Earth Level Strong one’s Assassin move is merely an ordinary attack to a Sky-level Strong, a Star River level existence’s Assassin trump card is nothing in the eyes of a Territory Master. Every strike they casually unleash might already be comparable to a Galaxy Level’s Assassin move, yet for a Territory Master it’s just a normal attack.

This is the gap between the two.

"Mm, it has been a long time. And even at my current strength, compared to Your Excellency I’m still far, far behind. Your Majesty the Queen, I’ve mostly figured out your identity. I wonder, what brings your esteemed self all the way to Orion Arm?"

Jia Yan nodded. He neither grew wildly excited at her words nor felt that he was somehow inferior; his attitude was very proper.

Neither servile nor overbearing—that was the principle he had adhered to all the way up to his current Promotion.

"Jia Yan, I came to your Orion Arm not for anything else, and with no ill intent toward you. Why don’t we go chat on that planet over there."

The beauty pointed at a planet not far away. Of course, "not far" was relative; that dead, resource-less planet was still millions of kilometers away.

But to two such Strong Ones, a few million kilometers was as close as an Earth people taking a single step.

Jia Yan nodded.

Whoosh.

Before long, the two of them turned into streaks of radiance, lightly flying down to that planet.

They didn’t need Breathing; both were extremely terrifying Star creatures, already transcending the category of ordinary life.

As Jia Yan descended, his Brainwave Power went to work.

Pu pu pu.

This planet actually had an atmosphere, and there was air within it, just that the air was poisonous, making it utterly impossible for Earth people to survive here.

At this moment, as his Brainwave Power was unleashed, an extremely terrifying destruction appeared on this planet.

A large mountain was silently sliced in half by Brainwave Power, then began to be quickly cut apart again from within.

Time flowed swiftly during their descent. In just over ten seconds, that huge mountain suddenly turned into a stone-built castle.

Everything inside looked as if it had been polished by top master craftsmen, extremely exquisite.

Yet perhaps no one would believe that something which should have required expert craftsmen to build was, to a Strong One like Jia Yan, merely something created in a dozen seconds.

"You’re quite handy."

The Insect Clan Queen’s Avatar gave a faint nod, seemingly not at all shocked or surprised by Jia Yan’s precise control.

Had it been an ordinary Galaxy Level, they would certainly marvel at the astonishing control of this Avatar, but to her, this already seemed normal.

As mentioned before: the height you stand at determines how you view things.

Jia Yan quietly glanced at her, knowing full well how vast the difference in their strength was. The fact that he hadn’t managed to impress her at all made him sigh inwardly, but he didn’t feel discouraged; he simply continued flying down.

Their strength, at least in terms of this Avatar, was still worlds apart.

Jia Yan silently followed behind her Avatar into the stone castle.

"Please, Your Majesty the Queen, have a seat."

Jia Yan walked with her to the center of the castle’s vast hall, where there was a row of imposing tables and chairs.

The castle was five to six hundred meters long, over a hundred meters high, and the massive table and chairs in the center were also extremely long. Sitting opposite one another like this, an ordinary Earth people probably wouldn’t even be able to see the other person’s face clearly.

But for Strong Ones, this was just right.

At least as Jia Yan sat on one side and the Insect Clan Queen sat on the other, there was a trace of satisfaction on her face.

Luxurious things—or rather, things that were outwardly beautiful and carried a sense of ceremony—were still pursued even by Strong Ones and terrifying beings of the highest Level. After all, everyone is chasing a better life; even these ultra-Strong, terrifying existences are no different.

"Jia Yan, don’t you think we should have some fine wine and delicacies? Maybe a few Servants as well? With just the two of us talking like this, it’s actually a bit discourteous of you as the Master, you know."

It seemed she was finally starting to take Jia Yan a bit more seriously—at least she was willing to joke.

"Your Majesty the Queen flatters me. In such a short time, where would I even find food and Servants?"

"Then I’ll handle it."

The Queen smiled faintly.

Then, to Jia Yan’s surprise, she extended a snow-white palm and grasped at the empty air.

Bang.

Hundreds of kilometers away from the two of them, there was a volcano on this planet. As the Queen’s hand closed, the entire volcano exploded, and the eruption was so terrifying it practically tore the sky apart. If left unchecked, this planet would have been plunged for a long time into the horror of the World’s greatest Volcano Eruption; volcanic ash would have shrouded the sky for a very, very long time.

But at the instant the eruption began, all that erupting material was seized at once by an invisible giant hand.

Next, all the eruptive matter flew up one after another, merging into the grip of that giant hand.

Then the condensed mass began fermenting at high temperatures, reaching a terrifying heat that defied imagination.

Not long after, all kinds of substances rose from the ground around them, flying up and merging into that high-temperature mass.

Substance after substance was born through a chaotic mixture and recombination.

Throughout the entire process, Jia Yan’s expression was completely blank with shock.

He more or less guessed what she was doing, but even knowing that, he still found it utterly unbelievable.

Because this kind of thing, to him, was practically a miracle!

Too terrifying.

As expected, when the volcanic ejecta he had sensed combined with sand, rock, and countless other materials, and the invisible mountain that had exhausted nearly all the Volcano Eruption Power finished boiling within, one item after another flew out from it.

These were platter after platter of things that looked like dishes.

They were placed in plates burned and refined to perfection, as exquisite as diamonds.

And the dishes themselves were very similar to some common foods on Earth—there was chicken, red wine, greens, tomatoes... and so on, and so on.
