He set up several more layers of restrictions there, and only then did he enter the Flower Branch domain, where he was immediately approached by Xiao Bai.
"Alright, there's no one else here aside from the two of us, tell me what happened with Jin Tong," Han Li said in a serious manner.
"After we parted ways, Boss and I traveled to the Golden Origin Immortal Region and found the Gold Devouring Immortal that you mentioned to us. Boss was able to devour that Gold Devouring Immortal and reach the Great Encompassment Stage," Xiao Bai recounted.
Han Li's eyes lit up slightly upon hearing this, only to then be replaced by a grim look.
The fact that Jin Tong had been captured even after reaching the Great Encompassment Stage meant that her captor had to have been extremely powerful, so saving her was undoubtedly going to be very difficult.
"What we failed to anticipate was that the Gold Devouring Immortal had an owner, and it was a very powerful figure in the Nine Origins Temple. Immortal Lord Miao Fa was already a huge pain to deal with, let alone an even more formidable Gui Lingzi.
"The only silver lining is that Gui Lingzi didn't have any intention of harming Boss. Instead, it seems like he wants to offer up Boss to someone else during a Bodhi Banquet or something like that, so she's not in any danger for now," Xiao Bai added.
Han Li raised an eyebrow upon hearing this. He had never heard of this Bodhi Banquet before.

Now, all that was left was to find a time law material that was compatible with his Eastern Vicissitudes Divine Tree, and he would be able to make more attempts at reaching the Great Encompassment Stage.
With that in mind, Han Li pulled out his Reincarnation Palace mask and increased the price that he was offering for time-attribute law materials by 50%.
The Bodhi Banquet was not far away, and he had to reach the Great Encompassment State before then in order to have any chance of saving Jin Tong.
He had over seventy million Immortal Origin Stones at the moment, so there was more than enough for him to spend on time-attribute law materials.
After taking off his Reincarnation Palace mask, Han Li emerged from the Flower Branch domain, then made his way out into the courtyard and instructed the servants outside to inform Lekima that he was planning to continue to stay on Eight Plains Mountain.
After that, he returned to his room, then reentered the Flower Branch domain before sweeping a sleeve through the air to release the Essence Fire Child.

The Essence Fire Child nodded in response, then flew over to a corner of the Flower Branch domain, where it transformed into a silver fireball that was around ten feet in size, and the white bead was hovering within it, giving off tremendous fire law power fluctuations.
A pleased look appeared on Han Li's face upon seeing this, and he turned his gaze to the bamboo pavilion in the distance.
Ghostly howls were still ringing out from within, and it was unclear when Weeping Soul would come out of seclusion.
After turning his gaze away from the bamboo pavilion, he flipped a hand over to summon a palm-sized jade tablet, upon which was engraved the diagram for the Celestial Time Array.
He was worried that his memory of the array diagram would fade over time, so he had engraved it onto this jade tablet.
There were still many things that he had to do in addition to progressing to the Great Encompassment Stage, including honing his Almighty Sword Array, Reversal True Axis, and Mantra Domain, so he definitely wasn't going to have enough time. However, if he could replicate that space in the True Mantra Sect in which time flowed far faster than elsewhere, then time would no longer be a problem.
There was an important issue that he still had to address in order to set up a space like the one in the True Mantra Sect, but he was still planning to commence the process anyway.
